Jan 29th – Progress!

Hey guys! So sorry I’ve been slacking on posting!

Since the 7th, I have lost 7 pounds. I’ve been going to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I got my stepsister to join, so that will increase.

We met with the personal trainer on Thursday. He tried to kill us. Or at least, that’s how it felt. My body is not used to squats. I plan to keep up those workouts, as they definitely work.

If you told me a year ago that I’d be on a diet and excited to go to the gym, I would have laughed at you.

But here I am. I’m doing things and starting to succeed!
